I’ve always said that things in the business are eerily quiet during the early part of September (something about back-to-school-time). Boy, was I wrong. We’ve been busy around here! Here’s what’s on tap for this week:

Monday – Chris Li drops off 105 pairs of CSU skis for grinding. We make a new marketing policy – if you drop-off over 100 pairs in one trip you get a free trucker’s cap. Congratulations Chris! Also – Noah Hoffman arrives for a technique block. Amy is off to the airport to pick him up in just a moment.

Tuesday – Amy heads to Lake Placid to help coach at the USST camp up there.

Wednesday & Thursday – Normal days.

Friday – Zach and Noah head to the airport and fly to Europe. Noah to an on-snow camp with Kris Freeman and his MWSC teammates in Italy, while I head back to Austria for a return visit to Fischer.

Sunday – Amy returns from Lake Placid. Hmm. I guess this means Gunnar is in charge Friday and Saturday nights. Also Sunday (or so) Tom arrives for his seasonal dose of indentured servitude and family living.

Give a shout if you need any souvenirs from Austria.
